Meet our Founder
Seema Kapur Varma is an artist, Reiki healer, intuitive, author, poetess, teacher & founder of Saral Seva Trust
After a successful career as a Computer Engineer working with Fortune 500 companies, she found her passion in creative arts and writing. Her passion to paint started in 2015 with a quest to find a unique artwork for the cover page of her first of four self-help books which are available on Amazon.
It led to a collection of paintings that cover a variety of subjects and techniques, all skillfully captured with beautiful acrylic colors on canvas. She practices intuitive and channeled style of painting.
She holds exhibitions of her artwork in the New York area. She conducts personalized Healing Art Therapy Sessions using art for healing. Seema is a certified Reiki level 1 & 2 Practitioner. She also conducts online painting, cooking and motivational talk sessions. Meditation and sound healing are other tools used to assist the healing process. Her writings have been published in spiritual journals. She has collaborated with one of the global leaders of fast fashion to bring her artwork on their products.
She founded the Saral Seva Trust to make us mindful that each one of us is responsible to help the needy. She lives in New York with her husband and two sons.
